RETURN POLICY
At Fatboy Mini BMX we believe in the quality of our products and want to satisfy our supporters. If you're item came damaged you may return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges for all other returns there is a restocking fee of 25%. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

Q. Do I need an RMA number?
A. No, an RMA number or permission to make a return is not needed. Just send the item(s) back to us along with your order number.
Q. My item is no longer new and unused, and I believe it has failed due to a defect.

Q. How will I know when you’ve received my return?
A. We will notify you at the email address on file when we process your return.
We strive to process all returns the same or next business day following receipt at our location. Most debit or credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts, will show our refund to you within 72 hours (or on your next paper statement).
